      Pros

      Good company have great credibility in the market, environment is nice, people respect.

      Cons

      Sales are under paid, new hired decision makers have no idea what are being sold, no background of security industry… not taking care of field sales fellows, shows direction where company is going, don’t want to pay to sale, Just pressure

      Not as stressful as other positions, good group of reps

      Cons

      Too much turn around in upper management with their own way and idea of doing things without taking the time to listen to set processes in place

      Stagnant, no raise in money and mismanagement.

      Interesting job and is challenging.

      Cons

      No much pay raise or position raise. Mismanagement. Seniority rules , don't check the performances.
