You can go home when your shift is done. Nice co-workers

Cons

8.5 hrs a day, no paid lunch Overtime doesn't kick in till 40 hrs. So you have to work an extra 2.5 hrs of regular time before you qualify for OT. Shift work- Having to work 1130-8 every 6 weeks.
