upper mgmnt. doesn't care about sales reps, just push, push, push til you eventually burn out or become numb. when jobs cancel to no fault of your own co. charges you back total sale immediately

Steady work shift and holiday pay

Cons

Not enough pay to live on your own, all about numbers, personally I was being switched to different managers. Within 6 months, I had 4 different managers with different standards. Enforcement of policies and consistently having major computer issues. Managers are not trained in both dispatch and customer service. Most managers were only dispatchers before taking on the position.
