Pros

Paid vacation time, extensive benefits.

Cons

Morale has gone down since the merger with Protection 1, ADT is pinching every penny and as a result the employees are over-worked. The raises are almost non-existent, and lastly if you are interested in getting a promotion favoritism and race plays a key part in that.

Crazy Management

Pros

I worked there about 10 years ago selling small business alarms. At that time nothing positive.

Cons

The manager was a complete idiot. Had a gong ringer in the call center and would bang on it for no reason, had a bull horn yelling stupid stuff while we were making business calls, worst part was regional sales manager knew about it and thought it was funny??? It was a joke every week to see who now has seniority.

It was a job and it paid my bills. Offered plenty of overtime. A few good managers in the bunch.

Cons

Low pay so you have to work the overtime to make ends meet. They promoted on the good ole boy system.
