      Company changes it's policies on a whim

      This company will suck you dry

      Cons

      You are competing with 1. Vice Presidents that make policies, get bonuses and by the time the policy is enacted the VP has moved on so no one knows how or why. Only that you make less money 2. You are in competition with the phone room and independent dealers. Both which can undercut your prices. Yet you have minimum self generated leads you have to convert to sales to get your company leads.

      You invest 150% of your self to make very little. ADT does not invest in you at all, your just a number
