      A Could Be would Be Good Company with the Correct Focuses

      Decent Employee Benefits, Volunteer Opportunities, Overtime, Room for development,

      Chaotic, No Structure, Computers and Equipment are outdated. If you have a keyboard issue, you can forget getting a replacement, Seating was horrible, they purchased new seating that still does not provide ample Lumbar Support (many agents complain of back aches due to seating., Blatant favoritism, Call center is loud, people are walking around having inappropriate, loud conversations (so loud customers can hear. While there is a sign when you come in that says keep the noise down. Not fair to customers. Can't seem to get rid of bed bugs

      Good work life balance and earning potential

      Pros

      Freedom to run territory as your own business, commission package is strong, paid training, if you accomplish your daily goals you'll never miss your child's game or school program again, no micro management.

      Cons

      No base pay, upper management gives "do better" edicts but doesn't get involved enough to actually help, local management will answer questions but doesn't step up to train assist or do ride-alongs.etc.

      Pros

      The money only, company only cares about sales.

      Cons

      If I had time to write a book I would! Not even fit for someone in high school to gain work experience, micro-manage, no training, no career path or room to grow, way too much gossiping and managers rely on other workers while out of the office at another site to report back. No work- life balance.
