      Pros

      Few pros, although benefits are ok.

      Cons

      New sales reps now on base salary, while existing reps are not. This company does not do things fairly, and goes over and beyond to defend stupid ideas. Sales managers are lazy and ineffective leaders. Get ready for micro managing and totally wasteful conference calls.

      Base salary for first couple of months

      Cons

      Company generated leads not distributed equally or fairly. If you do not cross your t's and dot your i's leads will be taken away or not assigned to you at all. Your sales manager has to great an input to your success or failure.

      Pros

      They make you think the job duties are extremly different in the begining with false promises of salary and quick advancement but really you knock on about 50 doors or more a day for 8 hours a day

      Cons

      They don't pay for your gas, its all cold leads, and if you bring concerns up to management they become extremely defensive and rude and have a very condescending attitude. I was literally insulted several times while attempting to have an adult conversation. For example I was told that I will never be successful in life because I am a miserable person who chooses to turn down and opportunity to make more money that I will ever make in my life( which is not true in an stretch of the imagination) And I will never get anywhere in life because I am obviously a quitter and always will be.
