      Good brand and name of company

      Cons

      Gas allowance is extremely low. Covering territories hours away with only $70 in gas provided weekly. No base salary or thoughts of providing base, however treated as though they are giving you a base with their expectations

      Lots of Freedom . Good leads .

      Cons

      Horrible support from upper management. Not enough technical training. compny is so big they dont now whats going on. Sales force is expendable. The branches are run by the lazy Installers. Your at the mercy of the installers. Revolving Door.
