1000%micro managed. Pay isn’t even worth the constant barrage of micro managing of each tech. You are told to upsell products to customers and if you don’t your manager is constantly calling you asking why you didn’t sell. Each customer I visit were never told of the charges they could be charged. Which make a hostile work environment for all techs. This company no longer has put the customer experience 1st. All ADT wants there techs to do is find things to charge the customer for.

-Pay was good starting out, upper management made changes to leads/marketing/prices and also over hired. Pay is considerably less than a couple years ago.
