Training is okay. The people (co-workers) are great.

Management is not the greatest. Their communication is extremely poor

Pros

-Co-Workers were great! -ADT really invests in their employees and they paid for us to have a lot of industry-related certifications. -Our Immediate supervisors were good and easy to talk to.

Cons

-While in office, you were not allowed to get up from your desk -Took away floor walker from new employees which I think hurt the onboarding process -Pay was just "ok"

Pros

The benefits of 401k is great because Adt will match 100%

Cons

The management is horrible, they change the policies midway through the year... no explanation it was thrown @ all of us the managers didn't know how to explain it!!
