      Awful disparities in pay between men and women

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, diverse projects, generally very friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits not competitive. In my department, 85% of the women have graduate degrees, compared to 5% of the men. We generally have more experience. Yet are overlooked for management positions, and payed less than men with equal or lesser experience.

      Depressing, Frustrating and Soulless Work Environment

      Pros

      Flexible hours and very nice, intelligent coworkers. New, very good maternity leave policy. There is little else positive to say.

      Cons

      Unnecessarily complicated accounting systems that leave project managers frustrated and confused. Poor benefits that are expensive Nine box review is a joke which uses an outmoded forced curve to rank employees. Poor raises and no bonuses this year. Upper management is cruel, macho, and egotistical. Few women in management Every single year the company reorganizes. Manager and staff workload is unbelievably large. Lack of focus on the client.

      Milking employees dry

      Pros

      Not many unless you are upper management.

      Cons

      Constant nickel and dimeing to reduce employee cost. Last year I received a small raise but then lost two vacation days and changes to my stock benefits that will cost me 10x more than my raise. This was blamed on rising cost but at the same time the CEO received a $10 million bonus.
