Pros

There was a spirit of small company flexibility inside a big company where suggestions and new ways to get things done were encouraged. Management was engaged and looking for ways to innovate and willing to invest in campaigns

Cons

The acquisition was a bust. Legacy AECOM added nothing. A couple of good people and a bunch of wanna-be schmo's They drove the energy from the building. Bid everything like a bottom feeder and engage in sketchy practices. URS was never that way.

Pros

The employees are the greatest resource this company has and they demonstrate their commitment daily. This company has the potential to be the best, but they must get out of their own way and get some new leadership that is "en fuego" and make great things happen.

Cons

No loyalty to employees yet demands unconditional loyalty to the corporation with initiatives which include working 50 hours and being paid for 40. Putting the risk on the employees because of the inability of the company to obtain profitable projects is beyond comprehension and is a deplorable action by the company. Shame on leadership for allowing this to occur and double shame on you for the continuation of this policy.

Pros

It's a job. It pays the bills, there is not much to say positive about this company except the above.

Cons

Management doesn't care about its employees and continuously tries to reduce benefits and pay, while using intimidation to achieve their goals. They only look at the bottom line and let federal facilities receive minimal maintenance in order to make a profit, that is they waste tax dollars by not providing agencies with the services promised. It takes months to get parts ordered and more often than not management orders the wrong part despite being given the right information. The culture this company provides encourages incompetence by rewarding failed managers while bringing the hammer down on the actual workers.
