      Pros

      Good overall benefits package especially the medical coverage. Multiple options to choose from at reasonable rates in comparison to similar company offerings.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership No value on the employees No value for employee families- very little encouragement or tolerance for a work/life balance here Poor transition planning for acquisitions No career path, lack of promotional opportunities Lack of diversity and lack of promotional opportunities for women or individuals under 50 Ever declining employee morale, voicing discontent is viewed as whining and a lack of dedication to the firm and your job

      Pros

      * Many opportunities exist for those aspiring to be a Project Manager * Upper management seems to be concerned about staff leaving for other opportunities.

      Cons

      * Rewards and advancement for technical specialists and engineers who just want to practise their craft are limited. Its all about Accounting, IT and Project Managers. * Worse off than when working at legacy companies that were bought out by AECOM. * Shares purchased through purchase plan have lost money. Better off stuffing it in your mattress. * Sadly, most of the "Cons" in other reviews are true.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Chance to work on very large projects around the world. Some offices are run by good people that understand the business. Very experience staff that are good people.

      Cons

      Poor communication from the top down to the staff. Very large firm that treat staff as cattle, no respect for the staff. No direction except buying more companies.
