      Pros

      Great benefit package. Depending on the type of position you had (i.e., engineer), you did have opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Constant change. You could never catch your breath before there was a new policy or initiative rolled out. Very frustrating. Too much employee turnover.

      Pros

      Great colleagues to work with. We all work great together and bring different strengths to the team.

      Cons

      Management is poor and do not seem to care about the employees, only meeting their metrics. Quick to get rid of employees during slow times and then ask people to work overtime.
