      No weekends and health insurance.

      Cons

      AEG is all about money, no people. We have had several price increases in the past year, are told to only offer the most expensive lens options to patients, and have alot of pressure to meet unrealistic financial goals. This pressure falls on the opticians only while the rest of the office is left to sit around, ignore phone calls and gossip. Appointments are not confirmed or filled but management tends to favor those who are not doing their jobs and comes down on the optical dept. only. There are much better work environments out there if you are an optician. Don't fall for the "people first". It's money first for AEG.

      All about the money

      If you like cut hours If youlike not making yourbills If you like working 3 jobs every day

      Cons

      Job security if you dont mind being lied to, talked to like you are a child, talked about behind your back.......an opportunist to get people to spend as much money as possible, a shark when selling and willing to work on days off....never able to disconnect ....expected to work lots of extra and always short staffed. ..omg.....crown.....aeg vision is a joke.

      Good doctors, office staff is friendly.

      Cons

      No communication between upper management to practice management. Very little training to prepare for new systems and the “help desk tickets” don’t answer your question or resolve the issue.
