      No weekends, but management issues and unequal pay

      Pros

      No weekends or late hours.

      Cons

      Poor management, unequal pay for employees with the same positions, inability to put their supposed "people first" philosophy into practice. It is all about the money and the pressure to continue to do more and more. And the patients can tell.

      Poor management leads to high turnover and favoritism

      Senior Management has really lost touch with the team on the ground and shows intense favoritism. I saw a lot of people leave because they were passed over for positions that they definitely should have gotten, in lieu of a person that aligns more socially or is a brown-noser to the manager.
