      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      These people are back stabbing. Start out sweet and finish with a vicious venom. They are WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING! They treat you like garbage once they real you in. I don't have time for a company like this. They pride themselves on "Professionalism" and they are far from that. They are actually hypocrites when it comes down to it and I have proof in black and white in emails.

      Amazing teams and people to work with. Everyone is working towards the same purpose of patient care and a successful eyecare business.

      Cons

      Happy with everything. Benefits were a concern in price for additional family members but this is improving for 2021. Thank you.

      Great pay, Good people, Great Customers, Rewarding job, Great incentives, Growing company that you can grow with. People first core value that applies to both employees and patients. The leadership team really does care!

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times due to miscommunications. No set routine but that is the optical world!
