The constant deal flow, even in turbulent markets, coupled with lean deal teams requires analysts to contribute significantly, take on leading roles, and understand everything about the businesses you're working with across 4 - 5 live deals at a time. While this translates to long hours, the repetitions are invaluable in establishing a strong foundation of banking fundamentals and live transaction experience. If you are hardworking and want to learn fast, AGC is the place to do it.
