Pros

Great company to help feed an ever growing world population. Good senior leadership in North America. Advancement for IT professionals is superb as company is merging years of acquisitions into a single IT platform.

Cons

Middle management seems unable or unwilling to execute significant change in the North American marketing organization. Most change is simply new job titles and moving boxes on org charts. Latest change actually resulted in tasks not being assigned to individuals before moving existing talent to new roles.

Cons

If you get hired plan on not staying too long. They've outsourced their IT services so look elsewhere for any technology opportunities. They definitely do not care about tenured or knowledgeable employees; they only care about the bottom line.
