Pros

There are none - sad but true.

Cons

- Lack of technology skills within management team members - Poor management practices across the board - Lack of respect for clients that have been with the company since they started - Lack of knowledge in the agriculture industry - Overworked employees are expected and told to continue overtime work for no extra compensation - Arbitrarily firing of good employees while keeping on staff people with no knowledge, experience or work ethic - Constant shuffling of employees making the clients confused - Violation of contracts with customers by not staffing correctly - billing for "bodies" that are not there - Lying to employees and customers to save face

While there are many points you provided that we are working on, there are also others that are factually incorrect. Employment decisions are never arbitrary. Corporate insanity

Pros

Good pay, although my company was acquired, their actual pay I know nothing about. At least they didn't give me a pay cut.

Cons

Three different CEO's within a year. Balls-to-the-wall approach to dubious business plans. Abandonment of procedures which were supposedly set in stone, leading to confusion for all.
