Pros

Lots of responsibility given in entry level roles. Work is challenging and fulfilling. My manager is great about feedback and flexibility with time-off, etc. The company supports industry leading customers and the culture is relatively laid-back (wearing jeans). There are good perks (free food) and its a great location to work in.

Cons

No real complaints, but know that the company is going through a transition phase.

Under a the direction of a new CEO AGDATA is evolving creating room for growth. There are aslo free drinks, snacks.

Cons

Incredible amount of turnover, salary pretty low for the area.

Pros

As a relatively new employee coming from a Fortune 100 company, I was looking to experience the "small company" atmosphere. I'm absolutely thrilled with my decision. The facilities are excellent, the management team approachable, and the compensation is competitive. I would recommend to any of my friends and potential colleagues. For the first time in several years, I don't hate coming to work!

Cons

The health insurance benefits are subpar, but that is becoming common within the workforce. The culture change within the company that was brought on by the new leadership team is radical and ever-evolving, but it will enable the company to grow much more efficiently in the long term.
