Pros

No OT, no nights, no weekends

Cons

Leadership is awful. They are not engaged with their employees. Only a few earn any respect from employees. Complete micro-management!

Pros

Anthem has decent benefits and you don't work weekends

Cons

Being micromanaged, obvious favoritism, team leads are not helpful, HR is not reliable, large case loads, strict time schedules and 30 minute lunches, turnover is high, no room for growth, and management is disorganized.
