Pros

The people at AIM are some of the smartest, friendliest folks I'll probably ever work with. They're going after some of the biggest challenges in health care, and the company is proof that you can do it with top-of-the-line intelligence and integrity.

Cons

Because of its ties to health plans, employers, and the government, the pace can stall at times. Additionally, the major growth they've experienced can cause some minor confusion, but that's to be expected.
