Don't believe these "positive reviews"

Pros

Some people are actually decent and hard working here.

Cons

Management is a joke. Company is so bad they paid people to come on here and boost the reviews because our parent company didn't like all the negative feedback. So instead of improving the culture, they asked and paid people to give a good review. You never move up in the company due to favoritism. It's all about who you know here. So don't expect to move up unless you are good at making bad people feel good.
