Pros

Decent benefits. Health coverage and price good compared to others. Can work from home under certain circumstances.

Cons

Horrible leadership and management. You are just another person to them. Unethical practices. Bullying to get you to do what they want. They are literally asking for their employees to write reviews on these sites to try and get more people and so many have left. So please please don’t believe any reviews you see after June 2018!!! I was lucky to get out and have a great new job. They pay really really low. The work is very non-rewarding.

Pros

I am a working mother and my job at AIM has afforded me a balance between family life and career. I have been able to attend school activities, spend time with family, and perform my work at the same time. I am also compensated well for the job that I do and leadership has been supportive. The company also keeps us updated of new trends and changes in the health care industry.

Cons

I miss bedside nursing from time to time, however in this season of my career my clinical experience has allowed me to function well in my role as a nurse reviewer and mentor.
