Pros

Ok coworkers, certain team leads are fighting to have the same guidelines applied equally for all employees.

Cons

Bad management, you have to be a favorite of one of the managers to be promoted. People who lacked the qualifications have been promoted over well qualified candidates. Very high turnover..

No opportunity to advance for most.

Pros

Great benefits. Free catered lunches. Quarterly bonuses. Work independently most of the time.

Cons

Most unorganized company I have ever worked for. They are constantly promoting within a specific ethnic group. Yep. The entire Work Force Management team was handpicked without so much as a job posting or conducting interviews. After a shift in management, some of the Team Leads were also hand picked. They weren't even qualified to be Leads but because they were in a certain ethnic group they were chosen. It's dishearteneing. You have people that have been at this company 5,10,15,20,25 years that don't get the opportunity because they don't fall into this group. The audit system is a joke. They expect you to adhere to insane numbers and percentages. If you don't you get verbal warnings. You have to wait 6 months before you have another opportunity to move to Referral Specialist 2. They make it next to impossible to advance unless you are favored there.
