Pros

Free Coffee / Tea. -- Unless you walk to executive floor kitchen in corporate office and someone will rudely kick you out, and HR will just keep quiet about it. -- Thats one AIM Policy - deal with it.

Cons

IT Department - 1. No proper process - Agile and waterfall mixed. - New CIO trying to implement Agile process -- and it just made it worst. -- no proper IT processes, Zero documentation - so unless you follow certain norms of the group - you will not be able to learn about the application. -- i.e. Groupism is rooted into system. 2. Company brags about one AIM / Anthem policy (diversity)-- but racially biased -- many instances of racial blur among the peer group or from top mgt to employees. 3. Firing employees is just easy for mgt - if you have difference of opinions from your leaders - make sure you have a second job ready before you communicate those differences - event though it adds positive constructive values to company.

Pros

direct deposit every two weeks

Cons

If you enjoy being bullied, shamed, fear-mongered and threatened, this is the place for you! Attract top talent by overpaying and then the goat rodeo begins.
