I spent 17 years with this company and the culture along with the people have helped me evolve both professionally and personally in more ways than I thought possible. The ability to be flexible in our ever changing business makes this the place to be in the forwarding world moving into the future. The investment in market intelligence sets the stage for big things. Top notch in every way.

Cons

There aren't many. I would say structuring titles and adjusting the pay levels in a very defined way would help for each market
