      Pros

      AIT Worldwide Logistics provides nice employee engagements, ex: company picnic or onsite ice cream appreciation treat.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive! Not encouraged to apply new ideas that will enhance out dated processes. There is an extreme case of company politics. I would not recommend this company to anyone striving to begin or enhance their IT career UNLESS, they are making this a temporary stop onto bigger and better things.

      Nice break room, benefit are good but expensive , the company has potential

      Cons

      Over worked with no raise. Manager lies about raises and bonuses and worried instead of who he can hook up with.
