Pros

Management truly cares about their employees and understands the importance of work/life balance. Solid benefit program. My department is very diverse and has wonderful group of people in it. I truly enjoy and love coming to work everyday.

Cons

Not enough opportunity for advancement. This may lead to additional turnover if there are no opportunities for growth. Training and development needs to be improved. Seems there is not enough time to incorporate additional training into our schedules, due to our work loads.

The independent franchise I worked at was run and staffed by incredible people. Great atmosphere. Really fair salary, commission structure, bonuses, and benefits.

The training is a bit slap dash and unstructured.
