You don't get paid enough for the amount of work you have to do, Management doesn't care about employees work/life balance, Sales reps don't do any work and get compensated 3x the amount of the other employees

I liked the people in my department.

Cons

The only "new" (upper) management being hired (over the last few years) were mostly from CEVA and we all saw the change. The saying "you are what you eat" is definitely true in this case. AIT took a big bite out of a CEVA sandwich. No one wants to listen or take time to REALLY view other sides/ideas. And it's truly a shame. "One team, one vision" is a joke.

The people who work at AIT are awesome. People in their forties have been there for 15+ years because it becomes a family.

Cons

Training and consistency is atrocious. Everyone is on a different page in different departments and there is not enough cross training.
