Pros

Great atmosphere. Teamwork environment, great tenure at all levels of the company which shows the commitment of the company to it's employees.

Cons

The only con (which to me is not but one is required to place something here) is that the company is growing rapidly and there are growing pains which is a great problem to have.

Pros

Pros would be: Its a good company to start your career. Many directions you can go in. They hire within. Management is willing to listen and deal with issues. They celebrate your birthday and get you a cake.

Cons

I really never had any issues here, other than one employee being there for so many years, not lifting a finger. Then they tried to rat on me for messing around for like 2 minutes. I explained this to management, and they dealt with her. I guess they finally realized and started watching her and hacked her finally.

nothing at all, there is nothing organized in the company......

Cons

delivery late, no date on delivery, no door to door service, a shipment from north Carolina to Texas will take more than 20 days to be delivery !!!!
