To help manage change, AIT asks co-workers to talk with their managers about the challenges they are facing. Co-workers are also encouraged to become agents of change by embracing new initiatives and offering their own suggestions for improvements that can be made to the company’s structure and processes. Managers at AIT are continuing to listen to feedback from staff and implement operational enhancements when warranted. AIT is well on its way to achieving the targets set out in our Five Year Plan.
