Senior management is out of touch with employees. Not a good place to work always trying to nickel and dime the contractors

Pay is decent and competitive. Some company outings and events are pleasant.

Cons

"Nepotism" at its finest. No accountability if you are in the clique. HR is nonexistent and they completely ignore most emails. The entire place wreaks of cannabis.
