      Good job terrible upper management

      Pros

      Good friendly people within the building. Not a typical crowded warehouse environment.

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible upper management on the home delivery side. They will use you and move the goal posts until you’re physically unable to keep up and then put you on vague PIPs until they terminate you because “you didn’t make enough progress”

      The people are what makes the place.

      Cons

      Zero investment in sales tech. Unrealistic expectations. They use AS400 software that is over 25 years old. Company is also very segmented, you will easily stomp on other reps accounts/sales leads. Will push good reps out (saw multiple sales reps being put on performance improvement plans doing over 50k gp). Stay away. Go somewhere that values hard work.
