Operationally solid logistics services to sell in most locations. Good perishables product. Motivated sales team.

Cons

Inconsistency of quality across the US. Corp management changes directions too often and company politics can be overbearing.

Dan and Steve are genuine people that cared about their employees and treated you like family.

Cons

Once AIT was sold it went down from there. The new owners only care about the top line and not their employees. All the 10yr plus employees were either let go or the finally quit because it's just not the same any more.

The current ownership team has been in place for three years, but they have each spent the majority of their careers at AIT. They remain dedicated to the company's mission and culture as they lead AIT in the vigorous pursuit of the company's Five Year Plan. The owners highly value the people who work at AIT, especially the seasoned co-workers and the experience they leverage in their roles. However, striving for high performance and adapting during a period of accelerated growth is not for everyone. We’re sorry to hear that you departed AIT with some hard feelings during a very exciting time for the company, but we thank you for expressing your comments and we hope this information helps to clarify your perception.

There were always fun company activities for team building.

Cons

The leadership team is very bias. The keep promoting management and there was very minimal growth or promotion for others. Also, salary compared to other companies is really low.
