Pros

Huge potential for internal promotion, sideways moves, great opportunities to work in all sorts of different areas, you're not stuck in a bucket. Fantastic perks, such as free shares, free gym, health plan, share save scheme, and internal learning & development. Great flexibility with work/life balance. Company is going in a good direction financially and feels secure.

Cons

The decision making process feels very slow at times. There are conflicts within senior management teams that have effects downstream. There are no awards for length of service. The paternity leave could be more generous.

Generally, very nice people Bonus system in place Free shares Employee perks (free parking, free tea/coffee, free gym) Decent holidays Can be flexible with hours Work from home a couple of days per week Promote from within & advancement opportunities beyond going into management (Technical and Systems Analysis for example)

Cons

Wage lower than competitors (according to linkedin) Computer systems can be unreliable Printers hit and miss

Pros

Great people and culture. Company is always growing and changing so always opportunity and new challenges around the corner. Team members who work hard and stretch themselves are rewarded.

Cons

With the tech department growing and changing it has felt chaotic at times and I did not always have full confidence in management, or in my long term future.
