Pros

- Really close-knit and supportive teams. - Lots of charity work and giving back to the community, often based on employee ideas. - Fun social events that bring people together. - Benefits are good if they’re relevant to you, and the company seems to be actively trying to improve them (private healthcare could be better). - Generally supportive of work-life balance — especially during COVID, though this has felt less consistent recently. - The on sight Gym & number of gym classes held. - Friendly and approachable management in most areas. - Opportunities to get involved in projects outside your usual role. -Learning and development opportunities, training, or mentorship programs. - Recognition for achievements through awards or shout-outs. - Inclusive culture that encourages diversity.

Cons

- Salary isn’t great compared to other companies, and there’s a big pay gap for similar roles. - Changes across the business can feel rushed — for example, the sudden move back to the office didn’t consider people’s childcare or other commitments, which felt like a step back on work-life balance. - Some areas have a “that’s not my job” attitude, which can make teamwork tricky. -The 50% in-office rule feels strict for roles that could be done remotely.
