Pros

AJ Bell is an excellent place to work, the culture and atmosphere is fantastic and staff are friendly and helpful. The company is amazing for career progression and management support your aspirations. An absolute pleasure to work for. The location is perfect right in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, close to local amenities and good for team social events.

Cons

Parking is an issue around Tunbridge Wells but there is ample non-resident street parking around the town and some on-site parking available to staff and easy access to rail links.

Pros

- Great opportunities for training and career progression. I am currently studying towards the ACCA qualification and AJ Bell offer full study support with paid study leave. - Rotations within the Finance department have meant that I have gained exposure to many of the key areas such as purchase ledger, sales ledger, cashbook and stat accounts. - Great team atmosphere!

Cons

- Current building is slightly dated however we are moving to a brand new location early this year which has great new facilities including a gym and social areas.
