Excellent place to work, soon to be moving the main office based in Manchester to a new building the whole move having taken consultations of staff into account at every level, the company culture is fantastic and staff are friendly and helpful. Joy to work for and brilliant opportunities to come.

Cons

Parking can be an issue and there could be more social engagements available.

People. Some of the best people I have met let alone worked with. Reasonable holiday allowance and decent social events.

Cons

Poor salary. Support to progress is non existent. There is a huge 'Face fits' culture. Poor operating systems. Training is lacking.
