Awful company to work for

Pros

Good pay package if you didn't have to work so much overtime Modern office environment

Cons

Management do not care about you and just want to get out of you whatever they can HR protects company not employees They want you to work ridiculous amounts of unpaid overtime and nothing is ever good enough Pretends they are diverse but if this diversity ever affects your work they do not support you whatsoever Awful culture where unpaid overtime is promoted Takes advantage of staffs good nature Do not care about mental health Worst company I have ever worked for Rubbish pension for a pensions company Often worked over 4 hours of unpaid overtime a day during busy periods
