AJ Bell is a genuinely supportive and welcoming place to work. The culture is collaborative, open, and focused on doing the right thing—not just for customers, but for employees too. Managers are approachable and always willing to help, and there’s a real emphasis on development and progression. Recruitment is strong, expectations are clear, and teams work together rather than in silos.

Cons

No workplace is perfect, but any challenges tend to be minor and openly acknowledged. Changes can move quickly at times, but communication is generally good and support is available when needed.
