- Not too much manual work - Somewhat relaxed environment - Good company structure & procedures

Cons

- This pay was not great in this role - 25 hour contracts with mandatory overtime - you could work anywhere from 25 to 60 hours a week although realistically averaging around 30-35 as a logistics assistant. Sudden expectation of a 12+ hour shift can come out of nowhere
