Management are a bit aluff. Management style is a little Victorian but all in all, a good place to work.

easy work load, simple job related skill factor,reasonable hours per rota, handy from home to work distance. No bad pay

Cons

Transport section management/supervisory structure run by drivers with little or NO warehouse operational experience at all leaving the system fragile and lack of of foresight and discipline in correct protocals and procedural practices.Unfair rota system, should be 5 out of 7, but frequently one day in 7 is the norm Lack of professionalism, do not conform to Health and safety regulations, favouritism between staff and management, do not follow standard protocol within warehouse operational procedures, no communications whatsoever between sections, lack of communications in general, failure to follow constraints as issued in employee hand book, handbook and management SAY that feedback from staff is appreciated but hardly ever practiced to the point of termuinating contracts if yopu dare say anything that would highlight danerous practice or bad protocal in general. Nothing professional about Aldis whatsoever
