Pros

Great pay, friendly teams and always plenty to get on with. No two days are the same, and every day flies by. Work can be tough, and some weeks can be very long, but it's hugely satisfying and if you're willing to work hard the rewards are endless.

Cons

Shift patterns can some times be erratic, and occasionally you feel you get little time at home.

Pros

Good starting salary - 32k for inside M25, growing number of locations, friendly head office team, some great store colleagues

Cons

Promise of good work/life balance is quickly removed, lack of inspiring leadership, no motivating factors other than money, ruthless line management, no time to complete your training, little focus on colleague engagement, under-performing colleagues not dealt with due to strict turnover targets, dirty stores, no focus on store service, no way to escalate customer feedback, lacking a people approach.
