Excellent company to work for. Ask a lot but give a lot in return. Good team work and engery amongst the team.

Cons

Non but only apply if you actually enjoy hard work, and a high pressure high stress environment. You will never be bored

Good pay, good progression for those willing to work 60+ hours a week with no complaints, can travel across country

Cons

Was told it would be no more than 48hours when joined, any work you work over that would be paid back in time back. Worked a minimum of 55 hours every week and never seen any time back or extra pay. when I Left owed over 100 hours and didn't see any extra. Be prepared to work endless hours for the pay you earn. very much a culture of don't leave until everythings finshed. Countless shifts from 11am to 2,3am to be back in at 6 next morning
