Pros

Nothing. Poor benefits and absolutely very poor management team. Very non welcoming corporate executives along with cold ice cubes all day long. Watched clock tick and could not wait to get out of there.

Cons

Worst place anybody would want to work at........... Life is way too short to be in that type of environment.

Company is very flexible and understanding. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I Have ability to work from home if necessary. Vacation package is good.

Cons

There is no 401 k available any more. The health insurance is not the best but it is good enough.

The residents are wonderful people.

Cons

I would give zero stars if possible. I was hired as the Sales Director of Manor House of Rome. On my first day I learned I didn't work for Affinity but a private LLC and Affinity just managed the facility. No insurance or benefits as promised. I knew quickly that the facility was in trouble financially and in census. Three weeks into the job, myself and three others of the eight person staff were laid off! I didn't even have my business cards yet! No budget, no future, no real job!! Run as fast as you can from this company!!
