Pros

A great place to learn a little bit of everything to better your knowledge in the healthcare industry. Although your title might be one thing, you can ask to help out and gain knowledge on other jobs within the company. I have learned so much within this company and can certainly learn more. Everyone is warm and welcoming. There is always room for improvement and we all learn from our mistakes so we do not repeat them. We work through team of teams which is amazing. We also have the Affunity Crew which is changing the culture at home office.

Cons

There is little reinforcement with the systems to reprimand communities for not doing what is expected. Hopefully, that will change over time.

Pros

The company is very involved locally and is always willing to help out it's many communities in and out of state. Very insightful and educated about memory care and the dilemmas that can come with it. Proactive company and never a dull moment! Staff is very friendly at the corporate level and always willing to help.

Cons

More parking spaces at company site, other than that no complaints.

NOTHING! There is nothing PRO about this company.

Cons

always late paying their bills or they don't pay them at all, just keep making promises to pay next month. In some communities the gas is threaten to be cutoff, the trash is not picked up related to bill not being paid. No yearly salary increases for any of the employees, staff turnover is HORRIBLE and they can never keep a Executive Director in any of their communities. I would not recommend this company to anyone! And if I held any type of License or Certification, I would not risk it with this company.
