      You don’t have to have experience as a personal care aide. You can get overtime and work double shifts.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t that great with what is required of you, rarely have what you need in order to provide care for residents.

      Workers are like family and everyone helped one another so that we could help the resident the best we could, loved the residents so very much

      Management doesn't listen very well and blames problems on low staffing

      Pros

      Love my building that I work in. Employees are great.

      Cons

      Benefits for hourly management is terrible. I shouldn't be told that their are more important people than me that need a raise. I've had to beg for a raise.
