      You rarely get any true recognition or appreciation

      Pros

      I really only have one thing to say and that's that there is job security. I really wish their was more I could say. Nothing else I can say except you get to help people

      Cons

      No real benefits, 1 week vacation no matter how long you've been there, have to fight for pay raises, you only get holiday pay if you work it. No 401(k). No sick leave I mean if you work in a medical field I think it should common sense to have personal days.

      The money was the only thing that made me get up and go to work.

      Cons

      Everything else. No communication skills, owner and management lie.

      Pros

      Amazing leadership and compassionate owner that is true to servant leadership for our elderly! Great team in the Home Office! Excellent opportunites to grow! Dedicated and hard working staff!

      Cons

      Employees that try to bring the company down. Negative attitudes of previous employees.
